Congratulations to this year's winner in our Battle of the Box Tops contest. We have collected over 16,000 box tops this school year. Please take time to register at the Box Tops for Education website. Once registered you can enter contest to help CMS win bonus box tops and download valuable coupons.

Homework Assistance & Tutoring (HAT) continues each Thursday from 3:45 – 6:00. This is available to all students who might be struggling with homework or a particular core subject area. If you are interested in attending, please see Mrs. Fox to pick up a Permission Slip Form.

CMS recently began participating in a program to recycle old cell phones. Not only will you be helping to save the environment, but CMS will receive a small amount for each phone that is recycled. If you have an old phone that you no longer use, please drop it off at CMS and we will recycle it for you. To find out more about this program you can contact Mr. Isbell or visit the Recycling Fundraiser™ website.

CMS would like to thank the Alleghany Highlands YMCA and Alleghany Regional Hospital for helping collect box tops. If for some reason you can not get your Box Tops to CMS, you can drop them off at these locations.
